Goods once sold are non-refundable but can be exchanged within 3 days of receipt with the condition that the product has a manufacturing defect and meets the following criteria:

1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)

2. Original packing slip.

3. All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)

4. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

5. Original Invoice issued when the product was delivered
